Aims and Scope

Journal of the Korean Institute of Industrial Engineers (JKIIE) publishes research papers including the all areas of Industrial Engineering. The manuscripts can be either invited by the editors or submitted directly by authors to the journal editors. JKIIE’s topical sections are diverse, covering virtually all traditional and newly emerging areas of Industrial Engineering including but not limited to; Operations Research, Ergonomics, Manufacturing, Information Management, Supply Chain, Materials Flow, Financial Engineering, Service Product/System Design and Management, Quality Management, Corporate Strategy, Data Mining, Product Lifecycle Management, Systems Engineering, Ubiquitous Manufacturing, Communications Systems Design and Analysis, ECO Systems Design and Analysis. Criteria for publication are originality, urgency, and theoretical as well as practical values. Reviews and tutorials can be invited and included as a part of JKIIE.
